Terms and Conditions for Clients
- Hair Washing: Clients are required to arrive with dirty hair, as washing is mandatory for all services.
- Deposit Policy: A deposit is required when scheduling an appointment. Please note that without a deposit, no appointment can be confirmed.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Failure to notify us of a cancellation or a no-show will result in being unable to book future appointments.
- Payment Policy: Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns before the appointment is completed. We are open to working out solutions; however, refusal to pay may result in a police report for theft and being blocked from future appointments.
- Accompaniment for Minors: Children aged 14 and older must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the appointment.
